The SkylineGEAR site was my first "large-scale" database-driven web application: I was taking a 5-year-old custom written ordering system (written in Perl and Javascript) and re-writing it to use PHP. It took several months to get to the point where it is now. Looking back on it, I would do alot of things differently, now that I've had more experience with projects like these.

The Ordering System (OS) allows for new or returning users to place a custom screenprint or embroidery order. The administrators can then update the status of each order as it passes through the building, until the actual products are shipped out to the customer. Some functionality improvements were implemented, while others were planned, which never made it into the current version of the project.
